Order Cancellations
- You may cancel your order anytime before it ships.
- Cancellation within 24 hours: No fees will be charged.
- Cancellation after 24 hours but before shipment: A transaction fee will apply (4% for credit card and PayPal, 3% for other payment gateways).
- Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
Returns Eligibility
You may return products within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Return Conditions:
Items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition, with all original packaging and accessories included.
Returns are subject to a transaction fee (4% for credit card and PayPal, 3% for other payment gateways).
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, contact our support team at support@ozygreenwise.com.au to confirm eligibility and receive detailed return instructions. Ensure all components are properly packaged, and verify the provided return address before shipping.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to customer preference or error, shipping costs for returns will be the responsibility of the customer.
If the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part, OzyGreenWise will cover the return shipping costs.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving your returned item. You’ll be notified via email once the refund has been issued.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund does not appear after 10 business days:
Double-check your bank account.
Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary.
