Order Processing and Shipment

Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details. We typically process and ship orders within 1–3 business days except for pre-sale products. For pre-sale items, shipping timelines may vary based on supplier dispatch schedules. You will be notified of the estimated shipping date upon placing your order.

Once shipped, you'll receive a shipment confirmation email including your tracking number(s). Please allow up to 5 business days for tracking details to be updated by the shipping carrier.

Tracking Your Order

If your tracking information has not been updated within 10 business days after shipment, please reach out to us at support@ozygreenwise.com.au for assistance.

Please double-check your shipping details when placing an order. OzyGreenWise is not responsible for losses or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Please ensure a valid physical address is provided for timely delivery.

Handling Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately within 5 business days at support@ozygreenwise.com.au. Retain all original packaging and the damaged items, as these may be required when filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
