Welcome to OzyGreenwise. By purchasing from or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Who We Are

OzyGreenwise is an Australian sole trader business based in Melbourne, Victoria. We supply robotic mowers, accessories, and installation/training services to residential, commercial, and dealer clients.

2. Australian Consumer Law (Your Rights)

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to:

  • A replacement or refund for a major failure, and

  • Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

3. Pricing & GST

  • All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and match the official retail pricing provided by FJDynamics for the Australian market.

  • We are not currently registered for GST, so GST is not charged at this time.

  • If our business becomes GST-registered in the future (as required once turnover exceeds $75,000), retail prices will remain aligned with FJDynamics’ official pricing. GST will be included within the listed price at no additional cost to you.

4. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

  • Full payment is required before dispatch or installation booking.

  • Accepted payment methods: [List your accepted methods — e.g., Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Bank Transfer].

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates only; delays may occur due to couriers, customs, or weather.

  • Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

For change-of-mind returns, please refer to our Refund Policy.
For faulty products, we will meet our obligations under the ACL — this may include repair, replacement, or refund depending on the nature of the fault.

7. Product Use & Safety

Robotic mowers and related equipment must be:

  • Installed and used according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

  • Kept clear of children, pets, and unauthorised operators.

  • Maintained regularly to ensure safe operation.

OzyGreenwise is not liable for damage or injury caused by misuse, incorrect installation (where not installed by us), or failure to follow safety instructions.

8. Installation & Dealer Services

If installation is included:

  • The customer must provide safe, unobstructed access to the installation site.

  • Additional costs may apply if unexpected site preparation is required.

If you purchase via an authorised dealer, warranty claims may be handled in collaboration with that dealer.

9. Warranties

Manufacturer warranties apply as provided with the product. These are in addition to your rights under the ACL.

10. Intellectual Property

All images, text, and content on our website remain the property of OzyGreenwise and may not be reproduced without permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes will be handled in the courts or tribunals of Victoria.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will apply from the date published on our website.
